At Romy, we are committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and accountability in all markets where we operate.We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, unethical payments, and improper business practices. Our company, employees, contractors, and representatives must comply with all applicable anti-corruption and business ethics laws and regulations.

Our principles

1. Anti-corruption and anti-bribery

Romy prohibits any form of bribery, facilitation payment, kickback, or improper advantage, whether offered, promised, requested, or accepted, directly or indirectly.

2. Business ethics

We expect all team members and partners to act honestly, fairly, and professionally in all business relationships. Decisions must be based on merit, transparency, and the best interests of customers and partners.

3. Commissions and payments

Any commissions, referral fees, or partner compensation arrangements must be lawful, transparent, documented, and properly approved. Romy does not authorize hidden payments, improper incentives, or any payment intended to influence business decisions unfairly.

4. Gifts, hospitality, and entertainment

Gifts, meals, hospitality, or entertainment may only be offered or accepted if they are reasonable, infrequent, lawful, and not intended to improperly influence a business outcome. We apply particular caution with public sector entities, government officials, and regulated organizations.

5. Government officials

Romy prohibits offering anything of value to government officials, public employees, or related parties for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business, securing an improper advantage, or influencing an official decision.

6. Third parties and partners

We expect our vendors, partners, consultants, and intermediaries to uphold standards equivalent to our own. We may decline to engage with third parties whose practices do not meet appropriate compliance standards.

7. Reporting concerns

Any concern relating to corruption, unethical conduct, conflicts of interest, or improper payments should be reported to Romy management without delay. We are committed to reviewing concerns seriously and acting appropriately.
