• enable communication between hotels and their guests, in particular via WhatsApp;

4. Consent and use of WhatsApp

End customers are only contacted within an existing relationship with the hotel, and after giving their consent, for example when booking through a partner platform.

Romy acts as a data processor on behalf of its hotel clients. Each hotel remains responsible for obtaining its guests’ explicit consent.

5. Data sharing

Your data is never sold or rented. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, analytics, technical support), or when required by law.

These providers are contractually bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access control and internal audits.

You can request the deletion of your data by writing to contact@romy.host, subject to our legal retention obligations.
